Introducing: GoAIP©
I: Defining The Importance
- We believe that providing those over 60 with access to health and social support avenues will allow them to thrive in their community for as long as they are able.
- We believe that they have helped to build our society and deserve prosperity, independence, growth and support in dignity, health, fairness and security.
II: Identifying the Problem
- We know there is a lack of access to affordable health services in our communities. Purchasing medical equipment often arises in an emergency, and finding reliable used equipment can be near impossible.
- While we know that re-using certain medical equipment isn't always possible, our research has shown us that there is equipment that can be re-used safely. To continue to support a circular economy, we need to address this gap in the market.
III: Creating a Solution
- We've designed a mobile application called GoAIP© that will allow users to search for medical equipment that has been approved of by licensed technicians.
- Within GoAIP©, users will be able to communicate with those in a similar circumstance.
- Inspired by social media sites, our app will encourage interaction between users while also providing a platform where businesses can advertise services that support those over 60.
